Located across the street from the Pacific Ocean, this Top floor (3rd floor with no-one above) condo, end unit, offers breathtaking views of the ocean & the hills of Playa Mar to the south. You are surrounded by the National Wildlife Refuge & Estuarine Research Reserve (Bird Estuary). Just open up the windows and listen to the waves breaking on the beach and the birds singing.
On Seacoast is a well appointed 700 square foot, two-bedroom / one-bathroom condo that has a southern California relaxed coastal style. Sleeps 4. This is a quiet complex with year round residents and is not suitable for folks looking to let loose and party.
Whether you're looking for a 1 month vacation at the beach or a longer stay, On Seacoast offers you a fun and enjoyable retreat. Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the estuary, this condo makes your stay in San Diego truly unique.
Imperial Beach, also known by the locals as IB, encompasses just over 6 miles of beach and employs a year round lifeguard staff. Of course the climate of San Diego allows for outdoor activities year round; surfing, beach volleyball, beach combing and birding to name a few. You can also visit the farmer's market on Friday afternoons, try our restaurants and craft beers, take a horse ride on the beach, ride your bike up the Coronado strand, go sailing, play a round of golf, send the kids to the YMCA surf camp or sit on the beach with a good book, relax and enjoy!

** There is no elevator in the building. You need to climb 2 flights of stairs.

Hidden gem! So beautiful that we wanted to keep it to ourselves. We have stayed in a lot of places over the years and this one will be hard to beat.
On one side of the street is a gorgeous estuary teeming with wildlife and miles of trails, and across the street is a beautiful beach. This location truly can’t be beat if you love to walk! Imperial Beach is a quaint, quiet beach town with great restaurants within walking distance, and it’s a quick ~20 minute drive to downtown San Diego.
The condo itself is cozy and has everything you need. Comfy beds, hot shower with good water pressure, and fast WiFi (good enough for two people to work remotely with lots of video calls).
Kim and Annette were fantastic hosts who were very flexible and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

I’m a traveling health professional and loved my stay here for work. It’s a beautiful 3rd floor unit with lots of privacy across the street from the beach. Easy drive downtown to my job. Can walk the beach to get to IB’s market & restaurants. Very peaceful spot. Kim & Annette are very responsive and professional.
The noise next door from some construction is my only complaint.

We are a military family and Kim was very helpful and made the booking process really easy! The condo had everything we needed and you can’t beat the location. The beach is steps away and it’s a really beautiful, peaceful part of Imperial Beach.
