Parking is at the carport for 2 small cars under building roof.
Smart TV and AC unit each room, washer & dryer, full kitchen, dining table, balcony for outdoor seating,
2 bed rooms: 1 King+ 1Queen bed, living room: futon/twin, 1,5 Ba, home sensors, kitchen alkaline water unit. Up to 4 guests. 10 steps up to 2-d floor to 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. 10 steps down to ground floor to washer & dryer. 20 min to airport and Down Town San Diego, next to Coronado/10 min drive.

Condo was nice and clean. Great location close to the beach. Parking area is a carport in the complex. It would be a tight squeeze for a large truck or suv. Another thing to consider is imperial beach is having water quality problems and the beach has been under advisory for sometime.
