This is a cute condo in a great location! Perfect spot for a trip to San Diego (and Tijuana). We were able to get around the entire metro area from this location and there's plenty do in Imperial Beach too, as well as plenty of restaurants. We could see the ocean from the porch!

Location, location, location!! If you are looking for a great location as a home base for a San Diego family vacation, this is it!!! Tons of walkable restaurants, convenience stores, beach and unique souvenir shops, and the beach is 1 block away!

My bad for booking a property in Imperial Beach The property was fine and as advertised but I B has a forty year long battle with Contaminated beaches due to sewer discharge from Mexico and the military bases. Both I and My son got stomach flues the second day we were there. My advise book north of Coronado like passed Torrey pines state park.
