About this house rental
"Rodania Spring" is a 50 sqm house accommodating up to 4 guests in two bedrooms. It is part of a total of four ground-floor adjoining houses. Located at the outskirts of Faliraki, in a serene countryside area, 650 meters from the beach and just 1.5 kilometers from Faliraki's vibrant center. Perfect for couples, friends, and family getaways.
The house consists of
• an open plan kitchen with living room
• two bedrooms (one with double bed, and one with two single beds)
• bathroom with shower
• veranda with patio at the front side
• private backyard
The minimal designed kitchen is fully equipped with:
• refrigerator
• ceramic hob with two rings
• microwave
• full size oven
• kettle
• filter coffee maker
• espresso coffee machine that takes Nespresso capsules
• toaster
• tableware
• cutlery
• washing machine
Air conditioning for the open plan kitchen and the living room is provided via Daikin, 12000 btu split unit system that is located in the middle of the living room.
TV and free Wi-Fi are also available.
Each bedroom has:
• its own Daikin air condition that is provided via a 9000 btu split unit system.
• full set of bed linen
• two sets of bathroom towels for each person
• two USB charging ports, (one in the main bedroom and one in the kitchen).
They are appropriate for charging phones and tablets. There is no need for
you to bring the plug, just the charging cord.
At the front side of the house there is a veranda where one can enjoy a cup of coffee in serenity. There is also a patio with some flowers that is shared with the adjoined house. The private backyard is perfect for relaxation. An idyllic space with a considerable size sofa and a table for dinning or enjoying a glass of wine, all surrounded by flowers and atmospheric lights.

From a very warm welcome to the super equipped holiday home - there was nothing missing. Also the contact with the landlord was very good, also that on our late arrival John and Chrysanthi were so flexible to welcome us personally. Also the olive oil of John's mother in our Greek salad was really classy - thank you again.
We can only recommend the holiday home, we were completely satisfied. Greetings again to John and Chrysanthi for the beautiful time.

La casa è facilmente raggiungibile e segnalata. L'arredamento di stile moderno è funzionale e sono presenti tutte le dotazioni necessarie. Lo spazio nelle stanze da letto non è tanto e questo comporta la mancanza di armadi dove riporre i vestiti: questo potrebbe essere un problema per una famiglia con bambini. I propietari sono stati molto cortesi e ci hanno fatto trovare un piacevole benvenuto: acqua, vino e alcuni gadget.
