Well equiped apartment, perfectly OK for two people. The area is quiet, but within easy reach of the strip. The lack of a pool is not too inconvenient since many local hotels allow use of their pool and loungers if you buy a drink at the bar. Didn't need the aircon as a good breeze flowed through the apartment with the front and back doors open.
A microwave and toaster in the kitchen would be useful. We did ask for a toaster and was kindly supplied with a sandwich toaster by the owner.

Ottima location, vicino ad ogni servizio. Di fronte si trova un minimarket, atm per prelievi bancomat, zona tranquilla e poco rumorosa a pochissima distanza dal centro. A circa 150 m la spiaggia libera ed attrezzata. A 100m il centro.
Veramente un ottima posizione.
Inoltre abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di fermarci qualche ora in più presso la struttura da poterci organizzare al meglio per il viaggio di ritorno in aeroporto e ci è stato concesso senza nessun problema.
Ringrazio tutto lo staff di Kostas Studios, personale gentile e molto disponibile.

Dzień dobry, polecam Kostas Studio ,pokój odnowiony (nr 27) ,wanna, zasłona prysznicowa bez grzyba, zmiana ręczników co 2 dni, okolica cicha. Dobra komunikacja z lotniskiem i miastem Rodos .Polecam Kostas Studio.
Jedyna wada WiFi.

It’s clean, comfortable and safe.
The room was very different with the photos on Booking. I was shocked when I first saw it. The room was so dark and old. The door of the room was extremely unsafe, it made me nervous. But i did not have a problem.
