Semi-detached, modern furnished bungalow with a beautiful sunny terrace, only about a five minute walk from Faliraki town centre and beach
The property's location is ideal because guests can walk and within 5 minutes they are in the heart of Faliraki town. The house is in a quiet area of Faliraki, but at the same time centrally located. A supermarket is only 150 meters away, same as a pharmacy and many shops, the sandy beach, watersports and eateries.
A very comfortable private terrace which is surrounded by a wall and private entrance, has a large outdoor umbrella and outdoor furniture for guests to enjoy the sun during the summer.
The semi-detached bungalow is beautifully decorated in a modern style. It has a master bedroom with its own Ensuite shower room and excellent quality of matresses and pillows. The room with the modern kitchen is open plan: a wooden staircase leads up to a romantic mezzanine level with a king size bed.
The kitchen is fully equiped and a dinner table is also available for 4 persons.
The surrounding area where the property is located is a quiet neighborhood - but it is also very centrally located.
Easy access to Faliraki town and bus stations. Only 1 minute walk away from the motorway Leoforos Lindou.
