About this house rental

Comfortable, private cottage situated right on the Waipu River on Cove Road. The River is great for great for swimming, kayaking and Waipu Cove is 5km further down the road. Lovely north-facing verandah is very sunny and warm. The house sleeps five - one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bedroom with 2 x single beds and a bedrooms, and a divan bed in the upstairs lounge; and has one bathroom.

Please note that this is a typical kiwi bach whereby tenants are required to take their own linen etc and leave the house clean and tidy.

The location is spectacular. I wish we had a month to stay. It's on a nature reserve and has a magnificent beach 10 minutes away.

Property dated. Shower needs attention did not spray was more of a hose. Musty odour on entry which dissipated when house aired out. We were only staying one night to attend a wedding so met our needs
