About this bed and breakfast
This charming pool house is located 3.2 miles from I-35 on the east side of New Braunfels. Come take a dip in the pool, BBQ on the patio, and enjoy the sunset at our quiet country escape.
Just a short drive away from Schlitterbahn and the Comal River, you will have a quiet space to relax after a long day in the sun!

The space
Our 630 sq. ft. pool house features two king beds and a smart t.v. with DirecTV and surround sound! Listen to your favorite tunes while you relax in the pool with our bluetooth speakers!
The main room includes a new kitchenette with a mid-size fridge, toaster oven, two burner cooktop that can be stowed away (cookware included), and a coffee/tea bar to use at your convenience!
PLEASE NOTE:
Our pool house sleeps four people (two queen beds), but we do allow up to six guests per stay. We charge an additional $30 per person, per night after the first four guests. The additional guests must also bring their own air mattresses and linens!
Guest access
Guests have access to the pool and the patio is a great spot to enjoy a cocktail in the evening while grilling and watching the sunset.
Interaction with guests
If you prefer to be left alone, no problem!
Just be aware that we do use the pool often in the summer and sometimes, as you can imagine, have friends and family for a swim. We also grill a lot, but if you plan on grilling, we can communicate so that we aren't using it at the same time.

Neighborhood: The Lily Rose Pool House is located a quite neighborhood so we ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep all noise down during your stay.
Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability
**By Renting The Lily Rose Pool House, all parties in the reservation agree to the terms of the Lily Rose Pool Waiver outlined below**
Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY RENTING THE LILY ROSE POOL HOUSE, YOU CHOOSE TO WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.
The guests in my party wish to swim at The Lily Rose Pool House pool facilities during our stay at The Lily Rose Pool House. By choosing to utilize the pool facilities, we recognize and fully understand certain things, including:
• No lifeguard will be on duty.
• Our use of The Lily Rose Pool House pool facilities during our stay involves certain risks, including:
The risk of injuries resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment;
The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area;
The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
The risk of other injuries resulting from utilizing The Lily Rose Pool House pool facilities.
We recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that we are assuming.
In exchange for The Lily Rose Pool House allowing our party to utilize the pool facilities, we hereby agree to the conditions below. We fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:
1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that we have or may have in the future against The Lily Rose Pool House, its owners, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to our utilization of the pool facilities;
2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that we may suffer in connection with utilization of the pool facilities due to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES;
3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from our participation in swimming activities;
4. That the only persons permitted to use the pool are guests under the AirBNB reservation;
5. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon us, and our heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on our behalf or on behalf of our estate.
I have read and understood this document. I am aware that by renting The Lily Rose Pool House, I am waiving certain legal rights that I may have against the Releasees, and I fully agree to do so.

This is the perfect location for privacy but still close to downtown New Braunfels. Easy access to 725 that takes you to I35. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Excellent hosts with excellent communication. Very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed was provided.

If you don’t mind a 10 min drive into town, this is a great quiet weekend away location. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Perfect for those looking for a low key weekend.

Nice and quiet place for our girls trip. The property is well maintained, clean, and very accommodating. The couple that owns it is very nice and personable. Would for sure stay here again!

Impressed with the property & amenities but hostess gave me an impression that i had little privacy. I’ve used Vrbo many times and I’ve never had a host greet me or give me a detailed lesson on the use of their rental which was a bit uncomfortable. I did invite them for a bbq around 9 pm to break the ice but she was getting ready for bed which told me to retire for the night to respect their sleep as well. (Pool hours until 10 w lots of bees in which she said if we don’t bother them they won’t bother us) Also, I’m sure it was a honest mistake but she tried to say I was supposed to leave on a day earlier that was not even my check out-in which I had to show proof of, which she did later apologize for. At that point I felt uncomfortable being there. The renter parking is not close to the rental house so when we decided to move our vehicle closer to property so we could load our bags she immediately came out within minutes later to say we were parked on septic and she asked us to move it and she stayed outside a while while we loaded. I wondered how is she seeing all of this unless she’s watching our every move-very uncomfortable feeling. Although I’m an educator and my company works with law enforcement I felt as if I was being looked upon like as a criminal. Aside from no privacy; her husband seemed kind and the beds were comfortable and the place was really clean,
