The 'Cypress Room' at the Comal Inn is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of New Braunfels, Texas. Located across the street from the beautiful spring-fed Comal River and walking distance to the historic downtown Main Plaza and the world famous Schlitterbahn Water Park. Minutes away by car to Gruene, TX, home of Gruene Hall, the oldest dance hall in Texas. Cypress Room has a king size bed and full size sofa sleeper, sleeps up to 4 guests. The room has pine floors, ceiling fan, small microwave and refrigerator, coffee maker, cable TV, hairdryer, and free Wifi. The private full bathroom has tile floors, tile jacuzzi tub/shower combination. The Cypress Room has a private entrance and a private porch with ceiling fan, comfortable chairs to sit and relax in and a small table with chairs to have your morning coffee.

This was our first stay at The Comal Inn but we will definitely be back. The location is close to both the river and downtown restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere. The room is spacious and we enjoyed the private patio very much. Easy check in and friendly hosts.

This was exactly what we needed for a few nights to attend a wedding in Seguin. Just a few blocks to all the good stuff in NB but nice and quiet in the evenings. For the 2 of us it was about the same amount of space as being in a hotel room but with more character. Would certainly stay again if i ever need to go back to this part of Texas.
