The room smelled much better than the previous hotel. It was nice to use the hot tub, luckily the weather was good. Breakfast was decent. Nice room, beds were comfortable. Good to have cable tv and internet. Glad to have a refrigerator with a freezer. Good coffee in the kitchen area.
Trying to get in and out of this place was a disaster. Very difficult to get anywhere easily. No bathroom fan, Pool and Hot tub were outside, Need larger towels for pool and larger trash cans in room. Not very fond of the in room coffee maker. Need larger creamers for coffee in the kitchen area.

So close to the river walk. Access to the on call transportation is terrific

Room had ample space and cooled down nicely.
The view of a an abandoned motel was not the most appealing. The walls are just not designed to keep noise out. We were woken by kids running around and it sounded like they were in surround sound. Not the hotel's fault about the kids but perhaps something could be done to absorb/reduce the hall noise.
