About this apartment rental
Our 60 m² apartment is located in a quiet location in Weimar. The apartment, in a newly built building, offers a large living area with a high-quality equipped open kitchen.
In the bedroom you will find space in a 1.80m wide bed and a baby bed can also be placed here. In the living room, there is also space for two people to sleep on the pull-out sofa (lying area 1.60 x 2.00 m). A television is also available. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and coffee machine. An extensive range of cookware and dinnerware is also offered. The modern bathroom has a shower, an illuminated mirror and a toilet. You will also find a hairdryer.
Parking is free of charge directly at the building. You are welcome to bring your bicycles with you, these can be parked on the Gruindstück.
Enjoy the quiet location of the apartment, from which you can reach the "Park an der Ilm" in just a few minutes on foot, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1998. On a leisurely stroll along the Ilm you will pass Goethe's garden house, discover romantic bridges, enjoy the impressions of nature and walk towards the Weimar city palace at the end of the park.
Explore the old town with its diverse sights, the museums with their exhibitions and attend a performance in the German National Theater without looking for a parking space. A bus stop is only 400m away from our apartment.
The Belvedere Park with its castle is 3 km away.
Take the train to Erfurt, Jena or the Weimar area. You can reach a small train station by foot after 300m.
In the vicinity of our apartment you will find a supermarket with a bakery and butcher (800m).

Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert. Das Wohnumfeld ist sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend geeignet, um Weimar und seine Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken.

Die Wohnung war für unsere Wünsche perfekt eingerichtet - schnörkellos, geradlinig, gemütlich. Check-In sehr problemlos, hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt, Betten bequem, Bad sauber - was will man mehr. Klare Empfehlung. Wenn man einen Makel finden möchte - die Aussenbestuhlung könnte eine Spur bequemer sein.
