The high-quality and stylishly furnished flat is located in a listed villa on the raised ground floor. The flat itself is on the ground floor and has bright and high rooms and a balcony. The rooms are separated by wide doors. The flat is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, dishtowels, cleaning supplies). The bathroom impresses with a ground-level shower, washbasin, WC with grab bar, washing machine and a clothes horse. The flat has two bedrooms, with a high-quality large double bed (180 x 200 cm), and a French double bed (140 x 200 cm). In the living room, the couch can be pulled out and used as a sleeping option with topper (140 x 200 cm). Both the living room and the two bedrooms have high-quality flat-screen TVs. You can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the entire accommodation. Parking spaces are available on the property for an additional fee. The flat is ideal for families, business travellers or smaller groups.

Beautiful flat, nice layout and well furnished. Good location…in a quiet residential area but only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and stores. There is a Rewe store just a few minutes walk away for groceries, wine, beer, etc. My only complaint: The apartment has a washer with no instructions and the water was turned off to it. I contacted to host requesting instructions and received no response. The washer either needs to have a sign saying Do Not Use and it should be taken off the apartment description, or it needs instructions posted on the wall showing how to use it. We ended up hand washing our clothes. Not fun.
