This was a very nice place to stay while visiting Lymington. Everything was just right from the beds and fresh linen/towels to the well equipped kitchen. We felt very much at home and will definitely book again. The owner obviously takes a great deal of care to maintain the property and Liz was very helpful and friendly regarding the booking arrangements. No complaints at all. Fabulous!

The flat is very cosy and welcoming, compact but perfect for the 4 of us - the super comfy sofa and an impressive DVD collection are a good excuse to stay in after a day of exploring. Location is spot on right on the high street, design style is maximalist, kitchen is small but very well equipped.
The flat was perfect, the mood music around the booking was less so - you’ll have to be ok with restrictive booking conditions, sharing personal ID and initiating a direct transfer for the deposit off platform (which was returned promptly). I also had to chase for the access code which had not been shared before check-in time, and flexibility around parking times was limited even off season.

Great central location and good size and comfortable bedrooms.
Read the small print before booking! Very uncomfortable about being asked to send my photo ID by WhatsApp in advance - obviously I sent by more secure means, I have never been asked to do this for a UK stay before! There was also a £300 damage deposit for 3 nights which seemed excessive and meant we never really relaxed and enjoyed our stage. There are a lot of trinkets and knick-knacks and all were removed and put in a cupboard to make some living space. This was especially challenging in the kitchen, which was very well equipped but restricted workspace or cupboard space for food. Be mindful the car park is unsecure and out of sight also. As the locks were all electronic and managed remotely despite knowing the code I was very fearful of being accidentally locked out during our stay also.
