You'll have a wonderful stay in this fully furnished 3-bed / 2 bath sumptuous apartment with fibre wifi in the heart of Lymington (New Forest). It's a beautifully designed, very appealing light and bright contemporary apartment in excellent condition.
The location is unbeatable! With its perfect position overlooking Lymington High Street (SO41 9EP), it offers convenience, high standards of living and comfort.
A good range of shops and a large choice of restaurants and bars are a step away. Several supermarkets are on hand (including a Tescos, Marks and Spencers Food Hall, and Waitrose).
The owner, an interior designer, offers an extremely well-presented property in neutral colours with an elegant and attractive style. The attention to detail makes the apartment a real pleasure to come home to. Every room is a delight. There's free access to Netflix (online film service) - perfect for an evening unwind.
The Georgian market town of Lymington is set on the coast in the beautiful New Forest national park, between Southampton and Bournemouth. Famous for its sailing history, there are two large marinas filled with fishing boats and yachts, as well as two sailing clubs. The town’s narrow streets are lined with pretty period cottages and houses, as well as plenty of local pubs and restaurants.
Lymington high street has several independent shops and designer boutiques, as well as a local market held each Saturday which dates back to the 13th century. At the bottom of the high street, a cobbled road leads down to the old town quay, which is still used by a number of commercial fishing boats. There is often a chance to buy fresh fish on the waterfront. From here you can take a stroll along the waters edge and soak up the atmosphere of this renowned sailing resort.
The New Forest national park offers a huge range of leisure activities such as walking, horse riding, water sports (including kayak, canoeing and sailing both sea and inland), archery and golf.

The location gives easy access to the delightful towns and villages of the New Forest. Brockenhurst train station (direct line to Waterloo) is one stop from Lymington Town station.
Central London can be reached by car in 1.5 hours.
A regular bus service connects Lymington to surrounding towns.
Bournemouth with its huge stretch of golden sand beaches is a 45 minute drive.
The Isle of Wight is an easy day trip direct on the ferry from Lymington (either as a car or foot passenger).

Pros: This apartment is very spacious and in an amazing spot on high street! Very short to walk to Tesco and all local shops, the sea, parks etc. the kitchen has everything you need including a freezer and the host provided water which was an awesome treat when we arrived. Additionally, the bath tub is to die for here! Note that this apartment is up a steep flight of stairs and once inside there are lots of breakables and everything is white. We only were really there to sleep so it wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not small child friendly. Cons: finding the designated parking spots was a nightmare as the directions are not clear. They stated the parking lot is “next to” the Tesco parking lot — it’s two lots over and you have to get to it from around the corner from it. It took us well over a half an hour to find the parking lot and I only found it by walking on foot. Additionally, the front door to arrive at this apartment is rather hidden. We had some kind gentlemen direct us to the second floor of the building. Once we found it and were checked in this apartment was great but finding this gem and parking was difficult. Additionally, I was a bit off-put by the fact that the host insisted on a copy of my passport or drivers license which is not displayed at the time of booking. In a world of identify theft I didn’t love giving this out but she said it’s not information they store long term. I’ve been staying in airB&b & VRBO for over 15 years, never had this request.

Lymington flat in center of town. Perfect for our family for a wedding. Well maintained and great location for shopping, pubs, and shuttle to Pylewell park. Great communication with owner.

This was one of the most beautiful homes that we stayed in. It was ideally located on the high street with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The flat has all the amenities one could need and so much more. Every detail for a comfortable stay has been thought of and catered for. We had a thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book this place when we next visit the area.
