The closeness to the village centre. Just the right size of accommodation for me.
All in need of a bit of an update. Some comfy chairs, maybe a softer mattress and please, do something about the very damp smelling bathroom! It was quite apparent as soon as you opened the main door. The carpets are a bit old and the kitchen cupboards/units are also in need of replacement.

The location in the centre of Milford on sea was great...the advertised parking space was just big enough for a skilled driver to park and the neighbours were not considerate in how they parked
First of all I had to mend the gate as it dragged on the floor.
The fridge wasn't fit for purpose with no door on the freezer compartment and a broken shelf in the fridge door.
The small table had a broken leg so you couldn't use it and the TV had a yellow line straight across all programmes.
The cleanliness of the kitchen cupboards wasn't what it should have been and the toilet pan had what I believe to be a porcelain filler in it. The carpet needed replacing and the two chairs were not comfortable and very old...The whole property needs a refurb with new fixtures fittings and furniture..it could be so nice and comfortable but at the moment it is only suitable for an overnight stay .we were there for 6 nights but will only return if things are improved.
