About this cottage rental
This adorable 1920's historical cottage has been completely remodeled and updated in 2011. You will find everything you need in this cozy cottage for a wonderful beach vacation! Located two short blocks to Main Beach and downtown, and a two minute walk to Laguna's favorite restaurants and shops.
Our cottage has two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The updated bathroom has a shower and a tub. The fully-stocked, eat-in kitchen has been upgraded with all new appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher) as well as a built in water filter for fresh drinking water. The LG full sized washer and dryer are brand new.
You will find all the comforts of home in our spotless cottage, including a 49'' flat panel TV with advanced programming cable and WIFI internet. All linens and utilities are provided, and weekly maid service can be arranged for an additional fee. The cottage also has a small, fully fenced in ocean view backyard for your enjoyment.

We stayed in the gorgeous yellow cottage for 3 months when relocating to Laguna and looking for a longer term home. The home is laid out just as the photos show, with quality offerings and everything you could need to feel right at home. It is small and quaint, but that is to be expected in the heart of LB. It is well laid out and not over furnished so we did not feel cramped. I compare Alison's cottage to others I have stayed at where I have constantly realized day to day things you need are missing and are equip - this home is the total opposite. Everything is there, you will not sleep on polyester sheets or a bad mattress! This is reflected in Alison's care and commitment to her guests also. She was respectful of our privacy and never showed up unannounced, but at the same time she checked on us and anything that needed dealing to was sorted immediately.
The location and proximity to the village, beach and best streets of Laguna is absolutely perfect, you really could not be in any better location for a holiday spot.
Overall we loved our stay and would without doubt recommend the home to friends visiting from out of town.

I stayed a month at the cottage and LOVED IT. It is in an excellent location, I could hear the waves from the bedroom. It's spacious, well stocked, comfortable, cosy and just the best! Walk 5 mins to the beach and to downtown Laguna. Don't need a car, walk everywhere! Alison was very helpful and lovely. I highly recommend this cottage for your Laguna vacation!

The cottage was exactly what we had hoped for - Alison gave us incredible service and attention. The stay was so relaxing, the house very inviting, and the ambiance perfect. We will definitely stay there again in 2017!

This cottage is wonderful. We stayed for the month of August, and it was a dream. My husband and I lived in the village of Laguna Beach for years. We come back every year to share the magic of Laguna Beach with our two daughters, 5 & 7. We've never stayed in the same place twice, but I think that may change. Not only is the owner, Alison, a complete joy to work with, the cottage is perfect. Amazing location. All the amenities you need. No need for a car, but it has a garage spot, which is amazing and impossible to come by in the village. We usually show up and find that the place is much smaller than the pictures, but this cottage was even bigger than we expected with a great kitchen, and a little yard with a grill and table for outdoor eating. We only wish there was a more comfy couch to snuggle on, but that was our only complaint. We felt so at home, no one wanted to leave.
