Our bright and open property is surrounded by the lushness of Laguna Beach. A 2 bedroom with a comfortable king and queen bed with the best of linens, large comfortable designer sofas and a full size kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities to feel at home. Free fast wifi available with large HD smart TV. Shared washer and dryer on site for your convenience. Located in the 'Tree Streets' one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Laguna Beach. Laguna's best location to avoid summer traffic but still walking distance to the beaches.
Short walk to secluded beaches, parks, dozens of restaurants, art galleries, farmers market, Pavillion's Grocery Store, Whole Foods, Etc.
Short drive to Trader Joes, Fashion Island Mall, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Balboa Island, and Irvine. Perfect location!
The Cottage is surrounded by tropical flowers such as plumeria, hibiscus, lemons, limes, palm trees, etc., right out your window.
Laguna Beach combines the laid back Southern California vibe with a vibrant art scene (and festivals in the summer) and yet provides easy access to the attractions of Orange County, including world class shopping and Disney Land. North Laguna has a very 'local' feel, it is very quiet and relaxed.

What a great area to spend time relaxing! The location is ideal. Quite and private, yet close enough to walk down to the beaches, shops, local restaurants and the boardwalk. You can hear the ocean, and smell the wonderful plants that surround the cottage. Dan and his wife left us a welcome note, and Trader Joes snacks, upon arrival.
They were very helpful with recommendations for beaches, hikes and local restaurants to be sure to visit. I loved that we were able to walk to these areas very easily, because of the location of the cottage. The beds and couch were very comfortable, and the cottage was well stocked with basic amenities, including bathroom linens, toiletries and kitchen necessities for cooking. The set up is perfect for any variety of family combinations. A lovely place to stow away!

location great, just two blocks from beach, we were happy we chose north village cottages instead of being in town,just to hard to find a parking place there nice to have owners live in front house, so that if anything went wrong they were right there to fix it. Definitely see the area called "top of the world".

The location of this apartment is great. It is in a quiet area of Laguna Beach and is an easy walk to the beach, downtown restaurants and groceries. We like to hike and there are some great hiking trails in and around this location. The apartment itself is just okay. It is in an older building and has not been updated. The beds were comfortable. However the kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaner. It was advertised as having an available grill however it too was dirty and unusable.
