This newly remodeled Private Cottage is perfectly located with a short walk to the Beach in the Heart of Laguna Village amongst beautiful palms and a lush mature garden. Open Beam Ceilings with a modern cottage charm all the rooms are bright and sunny. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (additional office room can sleep 2 more), brand new kitchen, expansive deck perfect for lounging with coffee all the way thru the day to a beautiful sunset, then star filled evening dining in… Or walk to Laguna’s many wonderful restaurants within just a few blocks. Off the master suite is a lovely private yard under mature palms for an additional turf area with lounge chairs, lots of privacy or great for hosing off after a day at the beach. The expansive deck off the kitchen has a BBQ, comfy and new all-weather wicker sectional for hanging out and a large eating table for 6. All surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. 3 blocks to great Surfing Beaches, walk to Summer Park Concerts, and Laguna Village from this Charming Cottage. The free trolley stops just across the street, perfect for hitching a ride to the famous Pageant of the Masters, Sawdust Festival, or the many Laguna Art Museums. Very Private Home and comfortable, clean, with all new everything. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, wet suit, Surf Board, and Boogie Boards, bed linens and bath towels. Games and movies on demand from the HD SmartTV. High speed wire-less internet. Across the street is quaint Nita Carmen Park, public swimming pool, tennis courts and running track.

My family and I were sad to say goodbye to this beautiful cottage! We had such a great time making memories here. We fell in love with the neighborhood and taking walks to the beach or downtown every day. The cottage is bright and airy and has beautiful, lush views all around. The owner Lorrie was very responsive and kind. We are so thankful to have stayed here and it will always be a sweet memory for our family.

Loved everything about this home. It was situated in a perfect spot, close to the cute town of Laguna Beach - lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The beach was just a few blocks away as well, we walked there almost every day of our mont long stay. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, very comfortable and so lovingly designed. It was a wonderful stay, the host was very helpful with recommendations and tips. We hope to stay again, it was excellent!
