This 2,134 sq. ft. single level home is very well-appointed with Golf course views. Walking into the large entry, you're greeted with beautiful views of the 10th fairway of the Glaze Meadow Golf Course through the southern wall of windows. This convenient 1-level open floor plan makes it workable for young families and elderly guests. The great room features a wood-burning fireplace, stunning hickory floors, comfy leather furniture and a large (45") HD television. This room is full of light and open to the dining room and centrally located kitchen. The kitchen includes updated cabinets with ample space and granite counter tops, and new appliances. The southern deck is large with outdoor furniture for guests to sunbathe, visit with family and friends, watch the golfer's antics or have a delicious BBQ.
This home is conveniently located just a short walk or bike ride away from the Glaze Meadow Pro Shop and Glaze Meadow Recreation Center. MAIN FLOOR | Enjoy walking into this beautiful open space. This home has an updated "Cook's Kitchen". You will find everything you need in this bright open space complete with an L-shaped bar and dining area. While the cook is cooking’, your guests can hang out on the bar stools lending a helping hand. The Front room is open to the kitchen and large deck area. One of the primary suites is beyond the kitchen, as is the laundry room with its large washer and dryer. The King Ensuite has a beautiful bathroom with big shower, a golf course view and deck access. The east wing of the home has three bedrooms. The first is another King Ensuite with golf course views and deck access. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The Queen bedroom and Twin (2) room share a bathroom down the hallway with tub and shower.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | This property requires a minimum stay of 2 and 3 nights. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four (4) days prior to your arrival date, you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

We loved this house: golf front location, lots of wildlife, the best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a rental, nicely appointed and comfy, big deck and plenty of tables and chairs. It was great and we hope to return.

Perfect for two couples with the two master suites both of which have gorgeous views of the golf course. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could want. We loved the layout of the house with the living dining and kitchen space and master suites on opposite sides of the home. It snowed 8 inches while we were there and we were able to cross country ski on the golf course. Our only suggestion would be to add a smart TV to the living room. We really wanted to be able to watch some fun movies using Netflix or Amazon prime.
