About this house rental
NEWLY INSTALLED A/C!
Cozy cabin style house sleeps 8 and is in a great location near the Big Meadow golf shop and restaurant. Convenient to the main Lodge and recreation facilities.
There is an ample driveway and garage available to guests. Spacious main level with sleeping loft above. The Great Room features an enormous native stone fireplace, and has large windows with a sliding glass door to access the main patio. There is a flat screen TV along with a DVD and CD player. The loft has a table and 4 chairs, a 22" flat screen TV with DVD and two twin beds. Modern kitchen has tile floors and countertops and is fully equipped with newer stainless appliances. The dining table seats 6 to 8 and the bar seats 3. An extra leaf for the dining table can be added. The first bedroom down the hall from the main living area has 2 twin beds, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, just past the bedroom. At the end of the hall is the second bedroom with a Queen bed and another bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and flat screen TV. On the back side of the Great Room fireplace is the master bedroom with a Queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and skylight. New washer and dryer. The convenient and spacious rear patio provides wonderful outdoor living with filtered views of Black Butte and the 7th fairway of the Big Meadow Golf Course. The deck has a gas BBQ, two umbrellas, 2 chaises, 8 chairs and a large table that seats 6. This home is within biking/walking distance of the Big Meadow golf, Roberts Pub, The Main Lodge, and The Lakeside Bistro & Recreation area.

7 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING JULY AND AUGUST
Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2026: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to 13.5% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

Our stay was very comfortable. The house was cozy and clean. Having one of our guests with some mobility issues it was a nice bonus that the property was level with very few step or stairs to access areas around the house. I did feel that the beds were not as comfortable as I would of hoped and the air conditioner seemed a little noisy at times. Overall though we enjoyed staying here at this house. A few questions we had along the way from reserving the property to some basic questions when we arrived were quickly answered by the rental agency. Having all the guests already checked in through the rental agency was very convenient and seamless. The house location was in an easy to access area of the ranch. Anyone that stays in Black Butte will no doubt visit sisters which has plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop. Bend also is not that far away and offered more big city amenities if you needed them (we had to have a tire replaced on the rental car). Access to hiking and biking trails outside of Black Butte were all within relative close proximity by car. There is no lack of things to do or not do for that matter even if you decide to just relax and enjoy the back deck. The deck was one place we spent quite a bit of time on which is surrounded by lots of trees and an almost daily visit by two deer.
