This semi-detached cottage is situated in Looe, Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Lily Cottage is a semi-detached cottage is situated in Pelynt near Looe, Cornwall. It has three bedrooms; one double with an en-suite shower room and WC, one super - king and one twin. There is a separate bathroom and WC. It has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a shared landscaped gardens. Lily Cottage is a lovely holiday home in the heart of the countryside. Cot and highchair provided. Note: A tumble dryer is available which serves the barns charged at £5 per load. Sorry no smoking in the cottage or the grounds. Note: Logs are provided on arrival. Guests can purchase logs to be used in the outside charcoal BBQ at £5 per load if they wish, or coal can be purchased from the village shops. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 999355 and 999356 together they can sleep fourteen people. Note: There is an active beehive within the owners own private garden, which is well away from guests. Please take precautions if you suffer severe allergies to bees. Note: There are no EV charging points at the property, so the charging of electric vehicles is prohibited. Note: 7-night bookings must start on a Friday. Note: Short breaks can only start on either a Monday or a Friday. Two well behaved dogs welcome (XL Bully breeds cannot be accommodated). Note: The owner runs Yoga and Art classes on site for guests staying in the cottage, to book a place during your stay you will need to contact the owner directly. Note: Care must be taken with children, the infirm and dogs in the grounds as there are open ponds and uneven ground.
