Good location Clean room

Wifi was too bad. I can’t even send one WhatsApp message nor phone call. Expected to have a small room but it appeared much more smaller than I imagined from the pictures shown.

Very close to thw station, clean and was not busy when I was there. I got woken up middle of the night by a street person shouting😆 but went back to sleep as I was too tired to even be bothered. Not something the residence can control.

If you like peace and quiet at night this might not be the place for you. There's street noise, and I could definitely hear it as I was in the street side rooms. The bed is not the most comfortable as well, i woke up with some aches, could be age - who knows.

The hotel is very close to Rennes central train station, 3 minutes really, and to Musee de Bretagne, too. It is a perfect base for one day trips around Brittany (I stayed three days there). Nice good creperie, perfect for breakfast or dinner, 2 minutes away. Nevertheless, downstairs in the hotel there is self-service kitchen as well. The room was spacious, with comfortable bed and desk, good lightning, and good sound isolation too. The window has an electric jalousie; however, with the steering buttons close to the entrance to the room, not to the window.

The reception is in other hotel, Le Sevigne, on other street, which means there is some delay if you must contact them in person. Repeted wifi logging in is a bit troublesome.

Location

It was nit clean, the code for the entrance did not work, reception away from the property and we had to walk a few times to gain access.
