Good communication with the staff on self check in procedure through email. Able to store my luggage before check-in. The unit is very spacious and clean. Same as what shown on pictures. There is no street/traffic noisy at all so able to have a good night sleep. Short walking distance to train and bus station. Able to walk to most city attractions. Many restaurants around. Since it is a short walk to bus station, it is a convenient base for day trip to visit other cities. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends.
Nothing. Will stay there if I visit Rennes again.

Excellent location just a few minutes of walk from the Rennes train station, the bus station and Rennes city centrer. The place is also located in a quiet street in the city’s center, which is something rare. I also really liked the romantic decoration and the wow effect as soon as you step inside

Very charming, clean, nicely decorated, quiet, close to train station.
Check in at 4:00 instead of 3:00 (more normal) was inconvenient. Then I felt rushed to leave by 11:00 — cleaning staff tried to make me leave even earlier.
