The location was great and the room very spacious.
The pillows are not too comfortable. There are not enough energy plugs close to mirrors for appliances.
The main area of opportunity of this hotel is the customer service attitude from the staff, the friendliness was just not there. We needed a taxi to get to the airport and instead of the usual service of calling them for you, they gave us a number to call…there was a fire alarm incident in which there was indeed a burnt smell, everyone went down for quite some time, we saw the staff going back and forth (no firemen which was quite odd, in countries like Austria and Germany a fire alarm is almost an immediate call to the firemen for property inspection) and when we finally were allowed back in our rooms there was no explanation about it….Going back to sleep without knowing what had happened was quite frankly unsettling.

The location close to the station and the metro was perfect for us to see the city and do day trips by train. There were eating options near the station and it was easy to get into the old centre for dinner.
The room was spacious and well designed with good storage and a nice bathroom. The room and facilities were in good condition, apart from the bed.
It was a good place to stay for several days
The double bed was two singles pushed together and both felt worn out. As a double it had two hollows and a lump in the middle and was very uncomfortable.
