Large terrace with parasol, table with chairs and BBQ. Equipped with satellite TV system, central heating and private entrance.
In the same building, but not communicating from the inside, it is possible to book a further room with an independent entrance and a private bathroom, for another 2 guests.
Outside there is ample space for exclusive use with umbrella, table, chairs and BBQ. Equipped with satellite TV system, central heating and private entrance. Indoor parking, reserved.
Poppiena is a charming rural village built on a Camaldolese monastery, on the borders of the Camaldolesi National Park, Monte Falterona and Campigna.
Composed of four charming houses, renovated with love and care, in full respect of its origins, it opens in a dominant position, with a striking view of the Casentino valley just in front of the castle of Romena.
The farm has a swimming pool (8 x 14 meters) equipped with all comforts and is available from 01/05 to 30/9. And in a sunny position from which one can enjoy one of the most evocative glimpses of the Casentino valley.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön leicht abseits von der Kleinstadt. Man genießt eine tolle Aussicht über die Hügellandschaft mit Weinbergen und Olivenhainen.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Maria empfangen, die eine überaus sympathische und gute Gastgeberin ist.
Das Haus selbst ist geräumig auf 2 Etagen verteilt.
In der unteren Etage befindet sich eine kleine Küche mit großem Essbereich. Des Weiteren ein Wohnzimmer. In der oberen Etage befinden sich zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer und das Bad.
Vor dem Haus ist eine höhergelegene Terasse und ein Grillbereich.
Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables à Pratovecchio.
La maison est simple mais décorée dans le style toscan et nous y étions très bien. La literie des 2 chambres était très confortable, la salle de douche bien équipée et les serviettes changées à la demande.
La piscine était très agréable avec suffisamment de transats et parasols pour tout le monde et un grand espace de jeux à côté qui fait le bonheur des enfants !
Dans le village il y avait tous les commerces avec des produits locaux excellents et très raisonnables.
Merci encore à Maria pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité 😀 Grazzie mille Maria !

Wir sind mit Familie angereist und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit vor Ort - die Woche war viel zu schnell um.
Maria hat uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen und uns sogar mit einem Kuchen versorgt (sehr lecker!).
Der Pool ist super gepflegt und der kleine Fußballplatz hat es unseren Kindern angetan.
In Pratovecchio und Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen und es gibt auch sehr gute Restaurants, die wir empfehlen würden: 4 Cantoni (ehrliche gute italienische Küche - und preiswert, sehr kinderfreundlich) und Toskana Twist (Abendessen nur freitags - sonst mittags, ganz herrliche Weine, enorm nette Inhaber, die einen hervorragenden Service bieten).
Unsere Empfehlung: Einfach ausprobieren.
