Room was fine - a bit hot but I could open the window and there was a fan. Facilities lovely especially the bathroom.
Breakfast was ok. Don’t recommend the eggy bread, it’s more like fried bread with very little discernible egg.

Perfectly clean and comfortable room in a superb location in the centre of Axminster. I'd class the room size somewhat larger than the "small double" sold to me. Would definitely recommend.
