This is a really nice small family run hotel, and excellent food, breakfast and dinner recommended.
Very little - there is some work to do on the windows in the bedrooms so that they open and close easily in the summer.

The property had beautiful grounds, comfortable accommodation and a delicious breakfast. It was a very short walk into Sidmouth & to the sea front The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble even giving us a window seat for breakfast on our last day. Plenty of parking to.
The bathroom was slightly on the snug side but it was still clean and well equipped.
