Location was quiet, staff were all friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. We had breakfast, lunch and evening meal
The shower in our room was very small, no rack to put shampoo etc on and not enough room to bend for my elderly mother if stuff was on the floor.

My stay in Chard was to attend a funeral. Unfortunately, the taxi company which I booked from the hotel, failed to turn up the following day and if it hadn't been for another guest who was also attending the funeral I would not have made it on time.
