Perched on a 40-acre hilltop among the grapes at Lavender Hill Vineyards, "Dry Creek Villa" offers a serene retreat where you can enjoy breathtaking views, complete privacy, and nights so quiet you may never sleep better. It's just 12 minutes to the downtown Healdsburg plaza and is very close to many award-winning wineries. Lake Sonoma is 10 minutes up the valley. The iconic Dry Creek General Store is a short drive away.
The airy main room features vaulted ceilings, bamboo flooring, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. It includes a dining table for six and a comfortable queen sofabed for additional sleeping space. The full electric kitchen is equipped with granite counters, a dishwasher, and everything needed for light snacks or a gourmet feast.
Your restful nights are assured in two stylish bedrooms, each furnished with:
• A contemporary queen-size platform bed.
• An ultra-comfy premium mattress.
• Quality linens.
• Room-darkening window coverings.
• Bedside reading lamps..
The spacious bathroom, with vessel sink and oversized shower, is conveniently accessible for all guests.
Outdoor Living & Relaxation.
• Grill your favorite foods on the gas BBQ.
• Soak in the secluded, six-person hot tub set right beside the vines, perfect for stargazing.
• Rinse off under the private outdoor hot-water shower.
• By prior arrangement and if available, you may enjoy a dip in the 48 ft. solar-heated lap pool at the owner's personal residence nearby (seasonally, approximately May to October).
Entertainment & Work.
• Enjoy a movie night on the 42" Sony smart TV with Dish satellite channels, or connect to your own streaming accounts.
• Listen to your favorite music from the in-ceiling speakers and audio receiver using Bluetooth.
• Unwind with a selection of board games, puzzles, and reading materials.
• A built-in desk and property-wide Wi-Fi are available if you need to connect.
Guest Access.
• Guests will have private access to the entire villa and its immediate surroundings, including the private hot tub, gas BBQ, and outdoor shower. Entry is seamless with self check-in; you will receive a unique door code that is valid for the duration of your stay.
Interaction With Guests.
• We respect your privacy and offer self-check-in for convenience. We may greet you upon arrival or stop by briefly to say hello and ensure you have everything you need for a wonderful visit. As your hosts, we are happy to share our local knowledge and insider's list of things to do, places to visit, and introductions to winemakers and restaurateurs.
Other Details to Note.
• Your reservation confirmation is subject to signing our rental agreement which must be completed within 5 days of booking.
• A security deposit hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card two days prior to arrival.
• A 3.25% processing fee applies to bookings where a credit card is used. Other payment types (check, electronic transfer or currency) will not incur this fee.
• No outdoor amplified music allowed.
• Maximum of three vehicles parking overnight.
• This property is a licensed and permitted vacation rental (License: LIC24-O261, TOT: 6O9N).

Dry Creek Villa is an absolutely exceptional, five-star private retreat nestled directly within the Dry Creek Valley vineyards. It’s a wonderful vacation rental with unparalleled serenity, sophistication, and privacy.
The villa offers stunning vineyard views, a luxurious and comfortable interior, and a cherished private outdoor hot tub experience. It perfectly balances a secluded, tranquil atmosphere with convenient proximity to downtown Healdsburg, checkout Quail and Commador for some fantastic baked goods. This vacation rental It is the perfect, high-end wine country getaway. The host are incredibly welcoming and attentive.
Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

I have stayed in several houses/hotels in Healdsburg over the last decade and Dry Creek Villa is my favorite!! So comfortable and very clean. The location is ideal.....nestled in the hillside with beautiful views. It is so quiet and peaceful. A perfect place to relax for a weekend, especially in the hot tub in the back! If you want to dine out, shop, or just pick up supplies, it's only a 10+ minute drive to town. All around, I highly recommend it. Can't wait to return....

This was our second time staying at Dry Creek Villa. We love the privacy and peacefulness of staying in the hills surrounding the Dry Creek Valley. When the closest thing to commercialization we see in a day of wine tasting is the Dry Creek General Store, we know we've planned it well. From the wonderful deck with spectacular sunrises to the spa after a day of exploring, it all comes together to make for a relaxing and fulfilling vacation home with friends. Being able to make our own meals, including by using the BBQ, is essential to us for a full experience with the delicious wine we purchase or bring. Thanks for having this available to share with our friends.

The best thing is the view-truly spectacular. As stated in the description, and other reviews, there is a long winding drive up the hill on a very narrow road. You do have to drive 5mph to stay safe.
The bedrooms are small but adequate. The bathroom is nice. The unit was clean. My main critique is that the place is "tired." The kitchen really needs to be updated. The toaster is old with burnt brown/black crud. Same with the coffee pot. The refrigerator and stove and dishwasher are very old. The cabinets appear to be 25 years old, or so, and the finish is deteriorating. The kitchen is functional but not esthetically appealing. For the price, one would hope for an updated kitchen.
Again, the view is fabulous.
