Seaspray Oceanfront Getaway with the highest quality and all the amenities is now available as a vacation rental. A picture is worth a thousand words.... See for yourself!
The great room has walls of glass, wood floors, vaulted open beam ceilings, electric fireplace, Flat Screen Wall HDTV with Satellite TV (everything package), all leather furniture, and is set up for comfort and relaxation. From the great room, you can enjoy the wonderful 270 degree ocean views, porpoise and whale watching.
The granite kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet chef with deluxe cookware, utensils and high-end appliances. Seaspray also has an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area with dining table and chairs.
Both bedrooms feature Ocean Views and King size beds, electric faux wood burning fireplaces (non-wood burning), Satellite TV with 100+ channels including movies and sports, not to mention the crashing waves, ocean birds, wildlife and whale watching, etc. Each bedroom also has it's own marble bathroom. This house is immaculate.
There are two large grocery stores in town, one organic gourmet style with a deli/bakery, fresh fish, and lots of 'to go' hot food options. There are many food choices in town including pizza, bakery, and many other restaurants, including St. Orres, a 5 star restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Just relax. There is nothing like watching the sunset over the ocean from the deck or hot tub soaking in the Seaspray ambiance. One of our favorite things to do is sit in the oceanfront hot tub overlooking crashing waves toasting the sunset with a glass of wine.
Bring your camera! Seaspray is a photographer's paradise.
This house is ideal for a romantic getaway for an anniversary or just to spice things up! Many of my relatives that have stayed there refer to it as 'The Honeymoon Cottage'.
Cook's Beach is a county maintained beach and is a five minute walk from the house. You are allowed to barbecue there or build a fire.

Jewel of the Pacific CoastWith ocean views from every window, and gorgeous sunsets, this home is amazing! Mindy was excellent at facilitating our trip and checkin was super easy. There is so much sightseeing available in the area or just spend the day watching the wildlife from the living room. We loved our stay so much, we can’t wait until we visit again!

We have stayed at 2 other homes within walking distance of Sea Spray and this home was our absolute favorite! We were greeted with a lovely card and wine from the owner upon arrival. We drove up from Los so we packed our car with so many supplies we thought we would need. This lovely home was so well appointed with supplies that we didn't need to unload our own supplies. We were so impressed with all the supplies provided, the bathrobes, the bedding and all of the kitchen items we needed. There was not one thing that we needed that Sea Spray didn't provide. The owner even had tons of books and games for his guests!We enjoyed meals on the nice patio table overlooking the ocean and we used the hot tub daily. Nothing beats t views of this home from both bedrooms and the living room. We went to sleep listening to the crashing waves and woke up to them too! We also walked to the St. Orres restaurant that we love. We even saw dolphins and were overjoyed when we saw a whale!We loved the home so much that we cle up so well to show our appreciation for the rental. We already want to book for next year and are anxiously awaiting the calendar to open! Joe, thank you for sharing your home. We understand this is a business for you, just like it is for all those who rent their homes. However, we could easily tell just how much you care to provide an enjoyable stay for your renters. Your home is a 10 out of a 10 and we cannot wait to enjoy it over and over again. Thank you so much!
