This modern Venice home is situated in the cozy and exclusive 'Silver Triangle' neighborhood of Venice Beach, just behind the historic Venice Canals. The beauty of our location is that it is a quieter neighborhood, with all of the vibrancy of Venice within a 5-10 minute walk. to the Canals and Abbott Kinney where you can feast on coffee houses, shops, restaurants, and cocktails., as well as to the Venice Beach Boardwalk.
A 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath contemporary home. Sleeps 6. Cathedral ceilings, designer concrete floors, open and modern. ROOF DECK ascend 29 steps to city and sunset views!
Tons of sunlight through use of huge windows. Central A/C and heat. Laundry. The house is on 2.5 levels, so there are stairs and it has polished designer concrete floors throughout. This makes it a contemporary, hip space, but for that reason little tiny ones would need to be watched closely.

The house was conveniently located and we were able to comfortably fit all 9 adults, house had everything we needed to also cook breakfast in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again, check in and out was very easy. The host was super hospitable and easy to communicate with.

Courtney is honestly the best! One of the very few hosts out there that are super accommodating and able to communicate with you at all times whenever you may need her. Her home was absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed every minute of it there! Booking her is no mistake indeed!

My friends and I spent a weekend at Courtney’s place and it was absolutely beautiful! especially the rooftop deck with amazing views. It was a perfect house to relax, have fun and cook meals in. The kitchen is equipped with anything you’ll need. You can also walk to Abbott Kinney where lots of shops and restaurants are, as well as a 15min walk to the beach. The WiFi that works well too—since some of us Also had work to do during our stay. Overall, Courtney’s home had everything we needed and we were all very satisfied from check-in to check-out!
