UPGRADED - Property has a downstairs Master Suite w/King bed and ensuite Bathroom, upstairs private bedroom with 2 XL twin beds and a private bath. Property has an upstairs loft / office area with additional available roll away queen sized bed. Property has a private entry on ground level - no elevators. Townhome is an end unit, nobody above or below you. Irvine is rated as one of the safest and best cities to live in America. Property rents quickly!! Located in the heart of Orange County! Close to beach, Disneyland, shopping and dining. Granite countertops & hardwood floors, with a new in-unit front load washer / dryer, and 55' & 42' Flat screen TVs & Wifi. Fully stocked kitchen w/utensils, dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, etc. You will find everything you need in this townhome to meet your discriminating needs. Full access and 1 minute walk to pools & spa's. Very short walk to beach club, tennis courts and lake (pool / beach club & tennis requires 30 night stay and a small $50 one time fee). Parking convenient in lot directly behind townhome. Available maid service for fee. This area was perfect for long walks and breakfasts at local bakery. We didn’t use the water sports but boats were available for very close lakes. The owner was super responsive, although there wasn’t much to have to ask for, it was all there. Quiet comfortable condo

While our home in LA was being renovated, we found this home on VRBO. Owner is very hands on and easy to communicate with. Very accommodating! Great location!
