About this house rental
Nice cottage for sole use.
Casa Svjetlana is a comfortable detached house in southern Croatia, which is located in a dead gas (quiet living). The house stands on a 700 sqm, fully enclosed property. It is newly renovated, the three bedrooms and the living room are newly furnished. The living area is 80 square meters. The beach is only 400 meters.
Beach: From the sandy beach, over fine to coarse-grained pebble beach to the rocky beach, everything is available, nude on the designated beach possible. Main beach is about 5 kilometers long. By car, you can also reach other small, deserted places at any time.
Excursions: Korcula, also called small Dubrovnik, is located opposite Orebic and can be reached in about 15 minutes by passenger ferry. Dubrovnik is about 120 km from Orebic, day trip is always worthwhile. Mjet, Ston, Viganj, Loviste Potomje (famous winegrowing area) are other destinations if you are tired of beach life.
On Peljesac, the most famous Croatian wines are grown, so it is worth a trip to the many winemakers for wine tasting.
In Ston and many other small towns, the fishermen run shellfish and oyster farming, which can be enjoyed fresh directly after the harvest.
Sports: Between Viganj and Korcula is a surf paradise. Jet skiing and paragliding are also possible. In Orebic a very good diving club is recommended, with very good facilities.
Snorkeling, cycling, tennis, hiking, etc. also invite you to active recreation.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Garten ist groß & uneinsehbar, nur der Fußweg zum Lieblings-Eisgeschäft war im August (wg. Hitze) zu lang. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin einwandfrei. Gerne wieder!

Das Haus hat drei schöne Schlafzimmer und eine grosse Küche mit Essplatz. Es GIbt einen schönen Garten.mit Blumen und Obstbäumen und viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten rundherum. V. a der kleine Balkon hat einen tollen Blick. Das Meer ist ca. 10 Min. entfernt. Es Gibt in der Nähe sehr schöne Orte mit traumhaften Bademöglichkeiten.
Auch Orebic hat sehr viel. Atmosphäre v. a. abends an der Uferpromenade. Man kann dort sehr gut essen.
Svetlana ist äußerst sympathisch und spricht perfekt deutsch. Wir kommen sicher nochmal.

Wir waren Anfang Juni mit 5 Personen in der Casa Svjetlana zu Gast.
Frau Holthusen hat uns die Anfahrt sehr detailliert beschrieben, so dass wir das Haus auf Anhieb gefunden haben. Sie machte sie es möglich, dass wir die Wohnung am Tag unserer Anreise spät am Abend übernehmen konnten. Dafür noch einmal vielen Dank!
Das Haus hat drei gleich große Schlafzimmer was die Verteilung der Zimmer einfach machte. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist schlicht, modern und gemütlich. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Geschirrspüler, den wir sehr zu schätzen wussten.
Der Garten ist wunderbar groß und bietet mehrere Möglichkeiten sich immer im Schatten niederzulassen. Der Grill ist einfach großartig, die Männer waren begeistert.
Die Ortsmitte ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der nahegelegene Strand ist sauber, teilweise schattig und das Wasser sehr einladend.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Casa Svjetlana sehr empfehlen!
