About this house rental
Private accommodation for four to six people. Ideal for families who are looking for a quiet holiday and service quality of private accommodation.
Accommodation is in fact an independent private floor house (apartment), the high rustic wooden ceiling consists of two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, guest toilet, large living room with fireplace and dining table. In the living room there is a large sofa that stretched and serve as an additional bed for two more people can be.
OUTSIDE
Outside there is large front shaded terrace ideal for evening or afternoon leisure and rear terrace with closed fireplace for barbecue. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower. There is also free parking for 1-2 cars.
SURROUNDINGS
The whole house is decorated with beautiful garden with cypresses, olive trees, vine trees, lemon trees and flowers, surrounded all the shade and relaxing atmosphere in the house. (for more pictures click Gallery).

Location of the house is near the main road, about 200 m from the center, where the green market, supermarket, bank, post office and all other amenities are located. Beach and the sea are just 50 meters form the house. Ferries and passenger boat Korcula are also in the vicinity of the house.

Eine lange Anreise die sich lohnt (wir haben 1 Zwischenstopp gemacht Vorteil: man umgeht die Bettenwechsel- Stoßzeiten). Schönes Haus mit Garten voller Bäume und Pflanzen rundum. Immer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum sitzen. Unsere Kinder hatten immer eine Ecke zum Spielen gefunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr Gastfreundlich (leider nur selten gesehen wegen Corona- Fasching). Schöner Kieselstrand 50 m die kleine Straße runter. Super auch für kleine Kinder da keine Seeigel. Einzig die Hauptstraße war etwas nervig (da auch hier solche Proll- Penner abends mit 80 durch den Ort brettern müssen). Aber es soll bald eine Umgehungsstraße gebaut werden.
Eine Empfehlung ist das Haus auf jeden Fall.
Besonders für Leute, die gern alles zu Fuß erledigen da alles nur ein paar Minuten entfernt liegt.

Zwei Wochen Herbsturlaub bei 20-25°C durften wir in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Um das Haus ist ein schöner Garten mit Granatapfelbäumen, Orangen, und Zitronenbäumen/ -sträuchern. Sie ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen bei allen Fragen. Eine verspätete Anreise war kein Problem. Nach einer Woche wurden Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewaschen. Die Vermieter sprechen u. a. deutsch und Englisch. Den Grill im Garten haben wir oft und gerne genutzt.
Sie liegt sehr gut in Orebic. Zur Fähre nach Korcula sind es ca. 5min zu Fuß. Auch sonst ist von Orebic auf der Halbinsel Peljesac alles gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben mit den Kindern viele Ausflüge zu den schönen Stränden gemacht.
Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und uns sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick in die wunderschöne, romantisch eingerichtete Villa Dora verliebt. Die gastgebende Familie ist sehr gastfreundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ausgerichtet mit allem, was man im täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Bade- und Handtücher, Bettwäsche werden bei Bedarf ausgewechselt. Einwandfrei funktionierende Klimaanlage, da kommt man nicht ins schwitzen. Der Garten ist ein Traum! Granatäpfel-, Oliven-, Zitronen-, Mandarinenbäume, Trauben und jede Menge wunderschöne Blumen, ein Ort zum Erholen und zum Genießen!
