It would be a good investment to instal nets against mosquitos to the windows in the bedrroms.

Pros: Great location, great view from the balcony.
Cons: Hot like hell, AirConditioning is not working, but this apartment is in the attic without any heat insulation below the roof. You cannot survive inside during the day.
