About this house rental
Recently modernized and superbly furnished townhouse for up to 8 guests.
Ground floor.
Spacious living area, powder room (basin and toilet), fully-equipped contemporary kitchen and dining area that comfortably seats 8 people. The kitchen and living areas open onto a large terrace with alfresco dining and BBQ, overlooking a south-facing private stone-walled garden and lawn area, complete with in-ground swimming pool.
First floor.
Two master bedrooms with a shared toilet.
Bedroom 1. I Queen bed. I ensuite with shower and double basin.
Bedroom 2. 1 Queen bed.
Second floor.
Two bedrooms with shared bathroom (shower, basin, toilet)
Bedroom 3. 2 single beds that can be converted to a king size bed.
Bedroom 4. 2 single beds that can be converted to a king size bed with adjoining full laundry facilities.
The stone staircase leads through all levels to the open space attic, furnished with a day bed offering fantastic views over the garden and pool.
The house is fully air-conditioned with free wi-fi.

The hosts were great, even letting us check out later on the final day. On hand for any concerns we had, and quickly resolved an issue we had with the toilet.The location was perfect, right in the centre, but on a street that was surprisingly peaceful. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Maison de Mathilde is the perfect village house in our favorite town in France. The home is beautifully furnished, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare fresh food from the market. The charming backyard is ideal for morning coffee or enjoying a meal. And the location can't be beat; quiet street but an easy walk to every corner of Uzes. I hope we come back one day.

Fantastic property in an idyllic walled village. Madelaeine was there to meet us on time and with umbrella in hand - was raining at time - although this only lasted one day.Sun shone the next day and altough not warm enough to swim during our stay the pool still looked inviting.Market day on Wednesday was impressive however this was nothing compared to the Market on Saturday - the entire town was transformed into one big market.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
