About this house rental
Well located, 1.6 km from the village of Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie famous for ceramics and its two weekly markets and 3.5 km from Uzès, the 1st Duchy of France where you will never get tired of wander through the alleys and its famous herbal square which hosts various markets, festivities, musicians, artisans, all year round ... The house is located in a quiet area in the middle of a park, planted with green truffle oaks and Mediterranean shrubs, 4000 m °. The property is fenced and provided with an electric gate. A site for four cars as well as a secure closed garage is available. The pool is salt, 11x5 m and 1.40 m deep. It is checked daily by a pool specialist to guarantee good water quality. The swimming pool is fitted with an alarm. It is possible to heat it, at your request, for 60 eur / week. Otherwise it is between 26 to 30. (July, August). The surface of the house is 220 m *. On the ground floor, a bedroom with two single beds (90X200) and a large bedroom with two-seater leather sofa, a large bed (180x200), a TV and a bathroom with bath, shower and wc. A living room open to the office and the kitchen with a very large central island. All overlooking the covered terrace overlooking the garden overlooking the pool. An independent toilet. This level benefits from electric reversible heating and air conditioning. On the first floor, you will find two large air-conditioned rooms of 25 m * each equipped with a shower room and wc. The beds (160x200) are new and with shape memory to guarantee your comfort. There are hens and guinea pigs in the park sheltered in wooden huts. (someone will take care of it in the morning). Internet / wifi access. Bed linen and towels are provided. Ping pong table can be available on request. No animals . Non-smoking. Reservations and payments can be made online, by check, in cash or by bank transfer.

We had an amazing stay at Valérie’s house. It’s a really comfortable home with a really nice pool and terrace where we have spend most of our time. Valérie lives nearby and is always reachable if you have any questions. The village is also really nice and all shops are closeby.
Definitely a recommendation for a family or group of friends.

Our family of 4 with 2 teenage boys had a wonderful time in Valerie's beautful home. The photos honestly don't do justice to the house: it's large (including 3 big en-suite double bedrooms), very well furnished and with a great pool and garden. Valerie is a good host who lives next door, very welcoming and she helped with tips on what to do/where to go in the area, but was not at all intrusive. It was very hot while we were there, so we made good use of the pool. Saint Quentin is less than 5 minutes away by car and Uzes 10. We enjoyed visiting both multiple times, browsing the lovely little shops and galleries and eating lunch. River swimming at Pont du Gard was refreshing and we even made it to Avignon which is less than an hour away.
Please don't be put off by the large deposit - we got it all back really quickly upon our return - I am really glad we didn't. This is by far the nicest house we have ever rented, highly recommended!

Loved our stay, the house was perfect. The kids spent loads of time in the pool and loved getting fresh eggs each morning! There was plenty to activities in the area to keep everyone happy for 2 weeks, highly recommend the canoeing at Pont Du Gard.

Maison bien équipée, propre et vaste. Piscine et jardin agréables. Emplacement géographique idéal pour visiter le Gard et alentours.
Petite idylle dans havre de paix.
Petit bémol: caution assez onéreuse non annoncée sur le site de réservation, tout comme la piscine difficilement à température à cette saison.
