Located 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Uzès, this architect-designed villa, on one level, offers superb spaces open onto a very large garden (3800m2). Without any opposite, different terraces and a magnificent pool house offer moments of exceptional relaxation.
The main house of 250m2 offers a huge living room with very high ceilings and very bright, with living room, dining room, billiards, fireplace, library area and small office on the mezzanine, a modern and very well equipped kitchen, 1 master bedroom with bathroom / shower, WC and 3 bedrooms with a bathroom / shower, 2 WCs and a large utility room.
An independent Mazet accommodates a double or twin room, a kitchenette, shower and separate toilet.
An independent dormitory for 4 to 6 people with shower and WC.
A superb Californian-style pool area offers a well-equipped pool house with dishwasher, plancha, separate shower and toilet
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly for long rentals; a pool specialist works every Wednesday to maintain the pool area.

The property was much bigger than expected, with many seperate sleeping areas, at opposite ends of the property, and many communal spaces in the gardens, on terraces and in the house, which meant we all had places to retreat, or gather togther, which was perfect! The pool was amazing, and the grounds very well tended, with lovely herbs and flowers and a resident nightingale! The hosts and managers were all very welcoming and communicative. Uzes is a magical place, I've been coming all my life. Extremely pretty and unspoilt with lots of lovely restaurants and shops, but not too touristy, the surrounding landscape is incredible, and this makes a perfect base!

Many thanks to both the owner and the caretaker. They were available all the way. We were in this house for two weeks and our experience couldn't have been better. When maintenance problems occurred, as they do, Bernaud was there quickly and solved them. When I wanted to know details, Anne, the owner responded quickly.
We had a party of 10 and plenty of space for all, and the pool was a tremendous hit. The whole stay was something we'll remember always.

Unfortunately the reason for not enjoying my stay was that I was taken ill and had to goto hospital which was a major worry for my family who were there with me for a special birthday celebration which in the end didn't take place du to me being poorly
The family enjoyed the holiday as best as they could under the circumstances and recommend this lovely villa for a large family gathering in superb surroundings
