This beautiful Mission Beach condominium is located in a prime area of Mission Beach in San Diego. Guests comment on how great the location is. Our family loves it too.
The condo has spectacular views of Mission Bay from our windows, balcony and upper deck. On our private balcony, you can enjoy boats on the bay and fireworks from Sea World. Relax on the common deck with your family for your dinner BBQ and then watch the SeaWorld fireworks. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun.
Our bedroom setup is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the second master-suite room. Each bedroom has its own full bath. We also have a queen sofa bed located in the living room and two futons.
Whether you are on a family vacation or a romantic getaway, this is the ideal spot all year round. All of the San Diego attractions are nearby including: Sea World, Belmont Park, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, LEGOLAND, Birch Aquarium, San Diego Padres at Petco Park, Gaslamp District, San Diego Old Town, and Knott's Soak City Water Park in Chula Vista. A great place to spend the day is in Balboa Park visiting the museums, Spanish Village Art Center, Ruben H. Fleet Space Center and eating at great restaurants. We love eating at The Prado or Panama 66. The world famous San Diego Zoo is a full-day of activity in itself. Disneyland is also only a 90-120 minute drive north to Anaheim if San Diego doesn't offer enough. Sports include the San Diego Padres located in East Village downtown. The very popular Gaslamp District in Downtown offers wonderful nightlife and entertainment with acclaimed restaurants and chefs. Seaport Village is also very popular for shopping and restaurants located at the harbor. Little Italy is becoming the best area for dining and offers a charming atmosphere. Liberty Station near the airport is a very short drive with many interesting restaurants. Within walking distance from the condo you can walk to restaurants, shops and farmers markets as well as the Historic Belmont Amusement Park. Jump on a bike and ride down to Pacific Beach, spend a day surfing, swimming, sunbathing or just relaxing and top it off with a casual dinner at one of the great beach front restaurants. La Jolla Cove and La Jolla Shores is an absolutely gorgeous place to visit. There is always an option of just parking your car in our two-car garage and relaxing at our condo and enjoying Mission Beach. City Bus service is right on our block too.

Perfect location just steps away from Mission Bay and a short walk to Mission Beach. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Roomy and comfortable too. The big garage with easy access was a plus! Communication with the owner, Kathy, was great and prompt. We look forward to staying here again and would definitely recommend it!

We erroneously believed, based on Kathy's responses to other reviews complaining about the heat, that she had gotten AC.
We were there during a heat wave and despite all the fans going, we could never cool the condo. We sweated and tossed and turned at night in our futile attempt to fend off the heat.
That being said, it was a wonderful condo. Clean, very spacious, near the beach and everything else we could ever want. We reached out to Kathy a couple of times and she responded quickly.

We rented this condo for a weekend family vacation. It was a great location, right by the bay and only a block away from the ocean. The beds we comfy, the condo was clean. There was beach gear in the garage, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella. Kathy was quick to respond and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: amazing location, two minute walk to the beach. We appreciated having two car garage and could fit two medium size SUVs. Washer and dryer were inside of the garage, also some nice beach chairs, umbrella, fire pit and boogie boards.
Cons: Although the condo is spacious, it feels and looks very old and outdated. Kitchen appliances are very old, we used a toaster, but we couldn’t use a coffee maker because it was gross. You could see and feel some sand on the floor, dust and spilled cereal. We couldn’t use a sofa bed because the mattress was very old and dirty, so my husband slept on the floor. The bed sheets, blankets and bath towels looked old and had spots. We were charged the cleaning fees, so we expected the clean and comfortable environment.
Overall, we enjoyed the beach, but not the condo.
