Welcome to this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath beach cottage located just three houses from the sand and only a 3-minute walk to the bay. Perfect for couples, small families, or remote workers, this coastal retreat offers comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location.
The cottage is built above a garage and is accessed by a set of stairs. The garage provides one dedicated parking space suitable for small to medium-sized cars only.
Enjoy a private front deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, ideal for relaxing after a beach day. Inside, the spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, a queen-size pullout sofa bed, and a dining table for four.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals (please note there is no dishwasher). A dedicated desk and fast WiFi make this home work-from-home friendly and ideal for digital nomads or extended stays.
Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds, and the bathroom features a shower only.
Please note the home does not have AC, but benefits from refreshing ocean breezes and ceiling fans for warmer evenings.
The shared washer and dryer are located in the garage and may be accessed by guests from the front house with advance notice.
With steps to the beach, walkable access to the bay, and a quiet coastal neighborhood, this is the perfect beachside rental for a relaxed and productive stay.
