Amazing villa in an amazing location in an amazing town. Short walk to castle, restaurants, bars etc. The villa had everything you need/want out of a holiday rental. Ivan the host was just amazing in helping us settle in and made sure we enjoyed beautiful Dubrovnik. This villa had a 180degree view of the sea. Absolutely beautiful. Spa, swimming pool and a view from every room. Just amazing.

Villa Paulina is truly amazing; every corner of the house is a surprise. Very close to the city, just a 10-minute walk, with beaches and supermarkets nearby – we couldn’t have asked for better. Ivan is very friendly and always ready to help; we didn’t miss a thing. It has a jacuzzi and a sauna, with more than enough bedrooms. The pool and the piano made the stay even better.
There is nothing to point out, it is truly spectacular.

Absolutely amazing! Super clean, great location, fabulous bedrooms, bathrooms & pool area. Perfect base for our friend’s Hen party. Ivan was so helpful and hospitable, arranging breakfast deliveries & airport transfers. 10/10

We had the most wonderful time, our host was brilliant from start to finish- communication was great before we arrived and anything we needed whilst there was no trouble. We really were wowed by the property and Dubrovnik itself!
