Villa Paulina

It is such a beautiful villa set in the most stunning location on the edge of the old city. The rooms were bright and very comfortable, well furnished and everything worked perfectly, including a very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and lots of hot water to have a high pressure shower or large bath. And with views to die for across to Lokrum island and the sparkling blue sea below. The hot tub was wonderful and ready for us when we arrived along with the Sauna and even the pool was just about warm enough to swim in May! We used them all daily. The outside terrace with the beautiful trees and plants became our outdoor living room where we spent most of our time, breakfast, sunbathing and drinks before dinner. Idyllic! And our host Ivan was superb - nothing was too much trouble. We only had to ask a question and then miraculously when we got back to the villa he had delivered it - including keeping our freezer stocked with ice and the fridge with wine!! I hope to have the opportunity to return again soon.

Very little. The downstairs small sitting room is a bit dark to use but we didn’t need to as plenty of other space and the twin room beds are really meant for children.

EVERYTHING!! The views are unbeatable, perfect location, out of this world facilities and service is beyond next level!

The location was fantastic, the rooms were so spacious and the cleanliness was fantastic.

Amazing villa in an amazing location in an amazing town. Short walk to castle, restaurants, bars etc. The villa had everything you need/want out of a holiday rental. Ivan the host was just amazing in helping us settle in and made sure we enjoyed beautiful Dubrovnik. This villa had a 180degree view of the sea. Absolutely beautiful. Spa, swimming pool and a view from every room. Just amazing.

Can’t fault anything.
