The Condo over all was wonderful! Our only complaint was the scaffolding that we weren’t told about that was blocking the gorgeous view on both balconies. We picked this Condo because of the view. It was a real let down to walk in and see the scaffolding. We feel we should have been told about it. The Condo itself is amazing! It is very spacious, clean and well stocked. Walkable or bike-able to many restaurants, shops or other activities, including the beach!

The rental location is great. The property is definitely in need of updates in every room. The walls, trim paint etc are in bad condition. One of the bathrooms didn’t have a mirror on the wall? The tub in master had a sign that it was out of order. The fan in the master is desperately in need of replacing. It gets very loud when on high. The a/c was very poor in the master and especially the master bath. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The kitchen sink is definitely in need of replacement and it took running the water for 10 minutes to get it HOT. The cupboards and kitchen appliances are all showing age. The photos are a but deceiving in that things looked much newer than in person. One of the bedroom doors kept locking while the other bedroom door wouldn’t stay closed. The room with twin beds was very chilly. The pull out couch was also very uncomfortable. I had higher expectations with the price tag. The view was great and very nice to ne walking distance to Coligny Plaza.
