CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest.

This property was just as advertised. It was very clean and the layout was great for entertaining. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and food storage. The location was great for walking to the beach and to Coligny Plaza for shopping and eating. When we did have a small issue the management company was very responsive. Highly recommend this property and would stay again.

We stayed there with 3 families.The location was fantastic.Easy access to the beach.It is a very short walk,actually was shorter than most condos have.We enjoyed being across the street from everything you could ever need.The house had everything we needed and anytime I contacted the host,they responded back to us very quickly.We hope to stay again next year
