SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

Noise during construction work hours.

Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026

One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025
Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.
Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

Completed in Spring of 2020, every aspect of the home is top of the line. Upon entry you step into a spacious and welcoming foyer with views straight through to the outside. The open plan features a marvelous living and dining area opening to a kitchen that is the envy of even the finest chef! This provides the perfect setting for hosting family and friends for an evening of delicious dining, cocktails, movie or game night, or just sitting back to relax and enjoy conversation.
The living room features two couches, two swivel chairs and a large flat screen tv. Sliding doors provide access to a large balcony with comfortable outdoor living space, ideal for a morning coffee with the paper or a relaxing getaway with a book. The large kitchen has six bar stools around an enormous island. The appliances are all top of the line and include an oven with convection oven/microwave above, five-burner range, large refrigerator and gorgeous honed granite counter tops.
The primary bedroom is located just off the living room and features a king bed, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, office space/dressing area, and gorgeous private bath with marble floors, double vanity and a large shower. The second king bedroom is located at the front of the property just off the foyer. This bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with a large walk-in shower. The three additional bedrooms are down a hall on the other side of the condo. The third bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, small private balcony and a private bath with double vanity and a walk-in shower and closet. The kids' bedroom has two twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV, private bath with a shower and tub combo, double vanity and two walk in closets. The fifth bedroom is across the hall from the bunk bedroom and has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower.
Not only do you experience the utmost elegance and comfort here, but you are also in one of the most sought-after locations on all of Hilton Head Island. SeaCrest is located across the street from Coligny Plaza on North Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza is the original 'downtown' of Hilton Head and features 25 specialty shops, 24 restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store and tons of fun. We had 3 families together for a vacation and had a fantastic time. Plenty of room for everyone and never felt on top of each other. All of the beds were very comfortable, very well stocked kitchen and such a convenient location. We parked our car for the week and were able to walk to everything. The weather didn’t always cooperate but we had a fantastic vacation anyways and already looking forward to returning.

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Crest. It’s very convenient to Coligny plaza, shops and restaurants. The space is large. We had 9 including older teams and adults and had extra space. Overall the design and furnishings are very nice. Very clean including the kitchen and baths. Carpet is getting a bit worn but considering the amount of beach sand it brings it it isn’t bad. The sea crest bldg feels a bit like a jail block and the fountains were drained and filled with brown sludge. We assume they are going to be under maintenance at some point but no workers yet so they are an eye sore. But that can’t be blamed on the condo owner who made everything very easy. We highly recommend.

Wasn't happy with garbage pick up outside our bedroom window 2 out of 4 mornings.Couldn't find the unit and we walked all over with luggage and had to call the office for a better description of it's location.We had to leave early due to hurricane hitting Georgia, we had to get home to prepare and we informed that we were leaving and had no response or refund for nights not there.We informed them in case they wanted to clean early.Pool area is not maintained well.
