40 m from the sea in the heart of the city and on the famous place st roch on the 1st floor of a small building a 2 rooms of 52 m totally renovated

a room with bed in 140 and numerous tidying up
main living room, bright (4 windows) with dining area, lounge area (convertible bultex) flat screen tv
Note that everything is done on foot (5 minutes from the train station and the old town)
however possibility of renting parking space nearby (50m) to the week

Very clean, and super convenient location. World-class boulangerie just outside the door, and the beach just across the street. No car necessary. Simple, but well-equipped property that I will certainly consider for our next visit.

Es war sehr schön in Menton. Die Wohnung war sauber und hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freunlich und hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt.

La location est très bien située : proche de la mer, proximité des transports (bus et trains) et des commerces . L'appartement est fonctionnel et propre. Très agréable séjour .
