This is such a lovely comfortable property! It has two balconies, one in the front and one in the rear. It feels spacious. The kitchen has everything that’s needed, inc coffee machine with coffee pods, and there is a small supply of food essentials in the cupboard. The lounge has a sofa bed which is comfortable and is easy to use. Bathroom has a very good shower with plenty of hot water. There is a small separate toilet and toilet rolls are provided. The train station is approx 10 min easy walk which provides a great and cheap service to nearby Nice and Cannes (but do check return timetable!) The beautiful sea is also approx 10 min walk - take a leisurely walk in both directions for some beautiful scenery etc. There’s some fantastic bakeries and coffee shops very close by and in the town you will find grocery stores inc a superb organic grocery store which is definitely worth a visit! The property is very secure, has main security gates and a small lift or stairs. The hosts are great, very friendly, professional and do get back to you promptly should you need to ask any further questions.

Gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host, posizione ottima vicina a mare, centro e supermercati, casa molto pulita e dotata di ogni confort, dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie, al bollitore, tostapane, forno, microonde, insomma c'era tutto. Alloggio ampio e molto luminoso, abbastanza tranquillo considerando che si trova in un palazzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie mille!

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé. Propreté impeccable. Communication avec l’hôte très sympathique.

Posizione molto comoda: a 2 passi dalla stazione che collega Mentone a Monaco e Nizza. A 2 passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Appartamento veramente molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort (compreso shampoo e balsamo e dischetti leva trucco!!!) Proprietaria molto carina e gentile! Appena fuori dal condominio un negozietto di alimentari e nn solo, gestito da un italiano. A pochi passi tanti localini sia per cene veloci che per cene più importanti!

In realtà nulla. Se devo proprio dire qualcosa la stazione dei treni è veramente molto vicina e quindi i treni si sentono (anche se dopo una certa ora si diradano molto). In parte al condominio un cantiere che però nel we era fermo. Non saprei pertanto la rumorosità in orario lavorativo.
