Renovated, it has all the comforts for a pleasant stay. It is very bright with many modular lighting.
Between sea and mountains, in a quiet and close to the city center of Menton and its beaches, the avenue Cernushi where my apartment is located is part of the Borrigo area and offers daily all the amenities for a peaceful holiday in the country olive, orange and lemon trees.
Thanks to a subtropical microclimate benefactor (with 316 days per year without clouds), Menton almost ignores the winter. In any season we can enjoy a sovereign sea and a mountain near and sunny.
Direction the Lemon Country! For a visit or a holiday, it is very likely like Jean Cocteau, that you are seduced by the charm of Menton! Located between the Italian border and Monaco, Menton is a City of Art and History with exceptional cultural and natural heritage. Menton is full of exceptional gardens and citrus crops that have made it famous since the 19th century! The Menton Lemon Festival is also an event known around the world.

Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement qui se trouve proche du centre ville et des départs de balades : nous n'avons pas touché à la voiture pendant une semaine ( autorisation de parking fournie par le propriétaire);

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Tout est parfait : confort douillet, équipement très complet où rien ne manque et la situation dans la station, 10 min du bord de mer à pied, suffisamment éloigné de l'agitation et du bruit
