of 2500 m2 is closed and sported with private swimming pool without opposite. A patogoire adjoining the large pool will delight the youngest.

From the moment you drive down into the villa you know you are in for something special. The place is a world on its own. Overlooking Avignon and Mont Ventoux, the scenery is stunning. We woke up early to have breakfast on the terrace and watch the sunrise over the mountain. A perfect way to start the day. The salt water pool was perfect. No smell of chemicals. The water was nice and warm. We were working all day at the Avignon OFF Festival and coming back here gave us the relaxation and energy. Beatrice and Jean-Paul were excellent hosts and great fun to talk to also. The only thing that I wish was different is the checkin time. It would be really nice if we could check in a bit earlier because you lose the day. But Beatrice & Jean-Paul made every effort to prepare the place as soon as possible.
I have already booked it for next year.

This beautiful family home is set high up in the hills of Villeneuve and provides a lovely view over the town and towards Avignon from the terrace. The terrace itself is large and provides several seating areas allowing you to change your view of the gardens as the mood takes you. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and an excellent BBQ. Internally the house was elegantly furnished and a comfortable place to relax.
Its location to Avignon and surrounding towns in Provence is ideal. We were able to catch a bus to Avignon near to the house (approx. 10 minutes walk) to allow us to pick up a number of excellent tours which depart from the tourist office. Using the bus allowed us to enjoy a wonderful day out wine tasting in Chateau Neuf du Pape without the worry of having to drive.
Beatrice and Jean-Paul we amazing hosts. Through our numerous correspondence with them before the holiday we felt as if we already knew them. Our French language skills were limited but Beatrice came armed with her translation app and we were able to communicate with ease. Beatrice and Jean-Paul could not have been more helpful and we would highly recommend this property .

Nous venons de rentrer d'une merveilleuse semaine de vacances avec les enfants dans la belle villa de Béatrice et Jean Paul. L'accueil a été chaleureux. Vous vous sentez immédiatement le bienvenu. La visite de la maison est parfaite, tout est expliqué dans les moindres détails. La maison est très propre.
Une villa joliment meublée avec tous les équipements imaginables et avec une vue magnifique sur le MONT VENTOUX (magnifique lever de soleil) et les environs. Une belle terrasse couverte avec plancha, une belle et suffisamment grande piscine, plein d'endroits dans le jardin pour se détendre, lire un livre et prendre l'apéritif, bref les mots ne suffisent pas à décrire la villa et le jardin. Pendant notre séjour (dernière semaine de juillet), il faisait très chaud, mais grâce à la climatisation, vous pouviez encore profiter d'une bonne nuit de sommeil.
La piscine et le jardin sont discrètement entretenus les mardis et jeudis.
La maison est parfaitement située pour explorer la belle région (besoin d'une voiture).
Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique ici avec la famille et nous reviendrons certainement à l'avenir.

Stayed for one week in August 2017 with our sons, 10 and 11 years old. Really enjoyed meeting Jean-Paul and Beatrice and staying in their beautiful home near to Avignon. House was spotless and really well laid out ... pool was perfect and much-used in the 30* C sunshine that bathed the region for the week.Fantastic location with plenty to do for all the family - Villeneuve-lez-Avignon and Avignon itself and both beautiful and steeped in history but are modern towns with the right amount of supermarkets, banks, shops and restaurants. For cycling fans, the local area was quiet, scenic and hilly ... with Mont Ventoux (which can be seen all day and night from pretty much every window of the house) in approx. 50km away if you are feeling properly adventurous!
