It has been completely renovated in 2014, ideally located in the heart of the old town, close to the shops, restaurants and beaches.
At the second floor of a 4 floors building with elevator, it is south west exposed.
4/5 persons are welcomed in this 2 rooms appartment of 45 sq meters. There is a large living room with a luxury sofa bed of 140 cm, a 82 cm HD TV, a fully equiped kitchen : fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven.
In the bedroom you will enjoy a 160 x 190 cm bed and a 140 x 190 cm mezzanine bed, both with comfortable new bedding.
The bathroom has a 90 x 90 cm shower base, washbowl and a WC.
Windows have double acoustic glazing and electric shutters.
Illimited internet with wifi access is available for free.
We provide bed linen, towels, drying-up cloth.
Baby furnitures available (bed, seat, bath)
Optional housework package possible for 35 euros.

I stayed for 11 nights and can highly recommend this appartment. The Host is very friendly and kind, explained everything and the welcome was warm.
Fully equiped kitchen, clean and tighty,
Everything you need is nearby....I really enjoyed my time there!

Central location. Good base to explore St Malo from. Street music and entertainment all day. Was very noisy at night.
