Experience the charm of Provence at "La Cantilène" in Sanary!
This beautiful Provençal bastide, accommodating 6 to 8 people, offers 160m² of living space. Facing south, it's sheltered from the mistral wind and nestled in a peaceful pine forest by the sea.
The beach is just steps from the villa: a small cove less than 3 minutes away on foot at the bottom of the private path, and a fine sandy beach is 5 minutes away.
The highlight of your stay: A swimming pool that protects your health and the environment:
- The pool is lined with natural resin made from the bark of the Harvadia Albicans tree, native to Mexico. For every tree used, five new trees are planted, contributing to reforestation and maintaining biodiversity.
- The water is treated by salt electrolysis, eliminating the need for chlorine to irritate the eyes.
Note: The shallow end is perfect for little ones to splash around in!
A delightful garden with two terraces: one shaded by a pergola with a large dining table, and the other, a teak deck by the pool with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun or under the shade of parasols. A Weber gas barbecue is also provided.
The ground-floor rooms open onto the terrace and pool, creating a true holiday atmosphere!
Upstairs, there are four air-conditioned bedrooms and three shower rooms, two of which are en suite with individual toilets, and one shower room with a separate toilet for the other two. Some bedrooms offer a glimpse of the nearby sea through the pine trees. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a separate toilet.
You are a 5-minute drive from the center of Sanary, its authentic fishing port, and its famous Provençal market, awarded "France's Most Beautiful Market."
You can walk to the Sanary harbour, a charming coastal road that runs along the sea (a 30-minute walk, magical at sunset). This is also the ideal route to avoid the Wednesday traffic jam, the day of the large Provençal market.
Arrival and departure on Saturday, or Sunday. High season minimum stay of 1 week, 2 weeks preferred.
Parking available for 2 to 3 vehicles.
Sheets are not provided (available for rent directly and will be provided upon arrival).

3 km from the Bandol-Sanary-Plages motorway exit.
SNCF train station: 3 km.
25 minutes by car from Toulon, 55 minutes from Marseille, 45 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 60 minutes from Saint-Tropez, 1 hour 50 minutes from Nice.
Toulon-Hyères Airport 36 km and Marseille-Marignane Airport 78 km.
Regular ferry services to the neighboring islands: Bendor, Les Embiez, Porquerolles, Port Cros.

Numerous discovery cruises, including those to the famous Calanques of Cassis, the Hyères Islands, Porquerolles, Port Cros…
Alone or with your family, explore the underwater hiking trail with fins and snorkel (tours organized by the Sanary Tourist Office), or simply descend 100 meters to the small cove at the bottom of the path to discover the local wildlife, or continue to the nearby sandy beach.
Experience deep-sea fishing, sail on a traditional sailing vessel to picturesque coves…

Notre séjour a répondu à toutes nos attentes: des vacances sous le soleil du midi, des baignades dans une mer à la bonne température, déambuler dans le marché typique de Sanary...
Et le plaisir de se reposer dans cette maison si accueillante par sa décoration, son jardin où il fait bon farnienter, sa piscine adaptée aussi bien pour la détente des petits que des grands.
Sa situation dans un quartier calme et proche de la mer, est un plus, et nous a beaucoup plu car nous pouvions aller à la plage et dans les jolies criques faire du tuba à la découverte de la riche faune aquatique de ce joli coin de mer protégé, en même pas 5 mn à pieds

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette villa et avons passé un magnifique séjour.
La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée, lumineuse et très confortable.
Nous avons apprécié le jardin et la piscine bien étudiée pour les enfants.
Elle est située dans un endroit calme dans les pins.
L'accès à la plage à pied est très pratique, nous aimions nous y rendre le matin et en fin d'après midi. Nous avons aussi aimé le restaurant au bord du petit port où nous pouvions également aller à pied.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous recommandons leur villa et espérons y retourner....

Tres belle villa parfaitement entretenue. Le cadre est tres beau et est tout a fait en accord avec les photos du site. Il est preferable d'avoir une voiture (meme s'il est possible de faire quelques petites courses à pieds) car le centre ville et le superbe petit port sont un peu loins. La plage qui se trouve en bas de la ruelle est assez petite et pour tout dire nous sommes surtout restés dans la maison autour de la piscine plutot que de se rendre a la plage (pour etre les uns sur les autres... non merci). Les proprietaires sont disponibles et gentils et pleins de bons conseils. Nous avons passe un agreable sejour.
